Absolutely 100% pleased with the care that I receive at Smile Creations in Raleigh. Dr. Hardikar is so caring, professional, personable, and truly takes pride in her work. My entire family are patients at Smile Creations and we would never go anywhere else for our dental care. I have gotten 3 crowns and my daughter has had to get several fillings. Brittany, her dental hygienist consistently gives us the best and most thorough cleanings we've ever had. Jordan at the front desk is always so polite and efficient, and there are never any insurance issues. The office is very clean and comfortable, and there is never a lengthy wait. Everyone goes above and beyond to make my family feel like they value us as patients. We are all so pleased with the level of care we receive by Dr. Hardikar and her staff. I actually look forward to my appointments! :)

Dr. Hardikar is fantastic and the whole staff is welcoming, courteous, empathetic and highly competent.I began seeing Dr. Hardikar as a new patient because I was in significant pain and didn't have a dentist. My first contact with the office was a phone call in which the very empathetic staff member arranged an appointment for me the same day. (I found out later that Dr. Hardikar specifically instructs her staff to always fit someone in if they are in pain. That kind of empathy and true consideration exemplifies my entire experience with Dr. Hardikar and her staff.) Throughout all my visits, they did everything they could to be kind, supportive, empathetic and in every way, excellent. Everything was explained in detail and I always feel like I understand not only what the best treatment option is, but why it's best to go that route. I like that she explains things rather than just makes recommendations. She takes a lot of time with patients---the quality of care really can't be beat. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Hardikar.

Dr Chitra Hardikar at Smile Creations of Raleigh is a fantastic dentist. I’ve known her for three years. Since she took over the practice Six Forks Rd, she has completely remodeled the office and gotten a new staff. A dynamic staff. Professional, smart, kind, empathetic and enjoy what they do. I cannot say enough good things about the dental hygienist who is thorough and extremely competent and has a great personality. If you want a great dentist ( and a woman as I do) then go see Dr Hardikar. All your needs from general dentistry to whitening to Invisalign. She takes United Healthcare/Medicare and other insurance. You’ll love the experience. Plus she’s a wonderful person.

I had an outstanding experience with Smile Creations. It started with me setting up my appointment with Diana who made me feel so excited about coming. She was so warm and very accommodating to my personal schedule when making the appointment. The day of my appointment I got greeted with such a nice smile when i walked into the office by Diana and Jordan. It truly made me feel welcome. I then had my procedure with the hygienist Audrey. Not only did Audrey make the procedure comfortable for me, she explained thoroughly what was taking place and also added a little humor to it to help ease my nervousness. Then I had the opportunity to be examined by Dr. Chitra Hardikar. When she first came into the examination room she greeted me with such warmth and a pleasant disposition. During her thorough examination she explained things to me that I was able to comprehend. I was so appreciative of this because it made me feel like i was part of the procedure knowing what was taking place. Finally, as I was checking out, all four ladies was at the front desk and wished me well as I exited the facility.
